As each piece is made to order based on your specifications, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrectly purchased items. 

However, if you receive an incorrect item or if any part of your order is missing, please contact us here and our team will assist you promptly.

  • Once partial or full payment has been received, no cancellation or refund will be allowed.

What Is Not Covered

While we are committed to the quality of your jewelry, this warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, dents, or tarnishing)

  • Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, make-up, swimming pools (chlorine or salted pool) or hot tubs.

  • Damage caused by accidents, abuse, or misuse

  • Loss or theft of the item or its components

  • Alterations, repairs, or resizing performed by unauthorized jewelers

  • Improper care or cleaning

How to Initiate a Warranty Claim

If you believe your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team with the following:

  1. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

  2. Photos or videos showing the issue

  3. A brief description of the problem

If we determine your jewellery is damaged due to manufacturing defect, we will repair your piece or, if we deem appropriate, replace the item. However, if we determine the damage is not caused by manufacturing defect, then we will work together with you and let you know if repair services are avaiable at cost or otherwise.

After evaluating your submission, we will guide you through the next steps, including shipping instructions if a return is needed. All approved warranty repairs or replacements will be completed at no cost to you.

Routine Maintenance

We recommend having your jewelry inspected periodically, especially for prong security and stone settings. While this warranty covers manufacturing defects, routine maintenance helps prevent avoidable damage and prolongs the life of your piece.

We offer one free resizing on your lab-grown diamond jewelry within the first 12 months of purchase. This one-time service ensures the perfect fit and comfort for your special piece.

  • Eligibility: One complimentary resizing per item

  • Timeframe: Must be requested within 12 months of original purchase

  • Exclusions: Some styles may not be resizable (e.g., full eternity bands or custom designs)

Additional resizing requests after the first adjustment may incur a fee.
