How to Initiate a Warranty Claim
If you believe your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team with the following:
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Photos or videos showing the issue
A brief description of the problem
If we determine your jewellery is damaged due to manufacturing defect, we will repair your piece or, if we deem appropriate, replace the item. However, if we determine the damage is not caused by manufacturing defect, then we will work together with you and let you know if repair services are avaiable at cost or otherwise.
After evaluating your submission, we will guide you through the next steps, including shipping instructions if a return is needed. All approved warranty repairs or replacements will be completed at no cost to you.
